“Colorado Vineyard to Table” VIP dinner pairs Colorado star chefs with exceptional Colorado wines

Chef Hosea Rosenberg, previously of Jax Fish House, and winner of Bravo’s Top Chef season 5, will be cooking at the Colorado Winefest kick-off dinner, the “Colorado Vineyard to Table Dinner,” Friday, June 10 at 7 pm at Northfield Stapleton. Chef Rosenberg will be joined by well-known, well-respected chefs Brian Laird, Russo's kitchen + tavern; Dan Witherspoon, The Gourmet Spoon; Vaughn Hobbs, Kimball/Viking; and Evandro Caregnato, Texas de Brazil. Each of the five chefs will be primarily responsible for preparing one of the courses, but will be assisted by their fellow chefs. Sommeliers will pair seven Colorado wines to complement the dinner. Tickets to the Colorado Vineyard to Table Dinner are limited to no more than 150 guests, and are $115 each, or $100 when purchased with a ticket to another part of Colorado Winefest. After 20 successful years in Palisade, Colorado Mountain Winefest is adding a sister event at a second location and date, “Colorado Winefest,” which will be held at The Shops at Northfield Stapleton, Friday June 10 and Saturday June 11, and will offer tastes from many of Colorado’s 100+ wineries and local restaurants, wine seminars, wine dinners and chef demos.
