By purchasing a ticket to the Colorado Mountain Winefest, ticket holder agrees to bear full responsibility and liability for any and all damage or injury which might result from attending the Winefest, including those risks related to the ticket holder's consumption of alcohol.

Return/Refund Policy
Tickets
Tickets to events and seminars offered online and by mail/fax/telephone order through Coloradowinefest.com and the Colorado Mountain Winefest are non-refundable, but are transferable. Tickets and reservations to events owned and operated by Colorado Mountain Winefest affiliates, such as Event Marketing Group (Tour of the Vineyards) and the Winemaker Dinner venues, are subject to terms expressed by these individual businesses.
Merchandise
All returns of merchandise must be completed within 30 days of delivery, and in unused/unopened condition for a full refund. Items after that time no longer qualify for refund. If the merchandise return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), Winefest will pay or issue a credit for the return postage. Customers who wish to return merchandise for other reasons may do so, but must pay return postage.
Use of image
Participants at Colorado Mountain Winefest events grant permission to Colorado Mountain WInefest and its affiliates to use their photographic images in marketing and promotional purposes.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Coloradowinefest.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
Coloradowinefest.com and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Coloradowinefest.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If collectable merchandise offered by Coloradowinefest.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable.

Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Coloradowinefest.com or to products you purchase through Coloradowinefest.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Grand Junction, Colorado, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Coloradowinefest.com's intellectual property rights, Coloradowinefest.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Colorado, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Information about our customers is an important part of the success of the Colorado Mountain Winefest, a not for profit 501(c6) organization, which is a fundraiser owned and operated by the Rocky Mountain Association of Vintners and Viticulturists (RMAVV). Winefest is not in the business of selling information to others. Colorado Mountain Winefest may on occasion share customer information (name and address) with our Event Sponsor/Partners for purposes of sending you relevant offers in the mail. You have the right to choose not to receive such information from our Event Sponsor/Partners. Furthermore, you may want to know what information we collect online from customer transactions and how we use it. Our privacy policy below explains our name removal procedure ("opt out"), data collection practices, and other pertinent security information.
Our Privacy Policy
Colorado Mountain Winefest and the RMAVV sells tickets and collectable merchandise for the Colorado Mountain Winefest. We may share our customer list with carefully screened Event Sponsor/Partners whose products and services may interest you. Individual information shared consists of name and address. We do not share customer telephone number or email address with Event Sponsor/Partners or any other companies. Our list is not available for telemarketing.
Name Removal Procedure ("Opt Out")
If you do not wish to receive mailings from our Event Sponsor/Partners with whom we share customer lists, or do not wish to receive our communications, please contact us by phone, email, or mail. Provide your exact name and address to ensure accuracy.
Information We Collect Online
Transaction information and email addresses: We collect only the minimum information necessary to complete your order online; this is the same information required to complete telephone orders — name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, and payment information. We require customer email address for online orders so that we may notify you of your order status or contact you with order questions we may have. Additionally, we may send you emails promoting Colorado Mountain Winefest, and announcements of special offers that may be used by customers.
