As an Executive Chef, Tommy learned that pairing a culinary masterpiece with the right wine would enhance the flavor of both. His career led him to become a knowledgeable connoisseur of wines. When he tasted his favorite wines served in Riedel crystal, it ushered in a new chapter in his appreciation of wines. His refined palate and knowledge of wines' nuanaces led him to join the Riedel Crystal team to represent their product throughout the American Southwest.
